January 1, 2011 - Applications can be submitted online and will be accepted. Do not send or mail paper copies!

 

March 12, 2011 - Deadline for accepting applications

 

March 26, 2011 - Fair begins - 3rd floor of the University Union Building - Chesapeake Room

 

7:30 AM - Students can begin to check in and setup their projects

 

9 AM - Exhibit hall is cleared of all people except for the participating Students

Judging Begins

 

4 PM - Judging is ended

 

March 27, 2011 - Fair continues - 3rd floor of the University Union Building - Chesapeake Room

 

 1PM - Exhibit hall is opened to the public

 

  3 PM - Public viewing is concluded - Exhibits can be removed

 

  4 PM - Awards ceremony begins - 2nd floor - University Union Building
